Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday celebration, corporate event, or intimate gathering, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional design, professional setup, and flawless execution.

Event Decoration & Rentals – Policy Summary
1. Booking & Reservations
• A non-refundable retainer deposit (usually 30–50%) is required to secure your event date.
• Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Final balance is due 7–14 days before the event.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Retainer deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made after final payment will receive partial credit toward a future event (case-by-case).
• No refunds for cancellations of the event.
3. Design & Changes
• All décor design details must be finalized at least 14 days before the event.
• Any changes requested after this period may incur additional fees or may not be possible depending on availability.
4. Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
• Delivery and setup fees are based on location, time, and required labor.
• Customer must ensure venue access at the agreed time.
• Breakdown/pickup times must be confirmed in advance; late-night pickups may include an added fee.
• Venue Staff or Servers must clean up food and drink (Trash) off the table before decoration tear down.
• customer will be charged additional cleaning fee($500) if table trash is not cleaned upon decoration pick up.
• Delivery time policy; please allow for a minimum of 30 minutes to 1 hour between delivery time due to unseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, accident and circumstances that are beyond our control. we will update estimated time of arrival until we arrive.

5. Rentals & Equipment Care
• All rental items must be returned in the same condition.
• Damaged, lost, or stolen items will incur replacement fees.
• No confetti, glitter, candles, or materials that may cause damage unless approved.
• WE RENT PARTY EQUIPMENTS AS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE.
OUR RENTALS items are use and new equipment .
• Rental items cannot be abandoned under the rain, wind ,dirt, or mud etc.
• Rental items must be returned as clean as upon pick up
• Rentals items must put together and kept next to the door , chairs stacked, and cushion in bags as upon drop off .
• Rental items will be drop off close to The door / Entrance of the venue , Garage door or Drive way, and picked up same position unless otherwise due to weather.
• For Backyard venue, Rental items will be drop off and pick up in the backyard only if Truck Vehicle have access to backyard.
• All rental items must be put together in one location next to the door for pick up. we don't deliver or pick up rental items to/from the basement; all items must be drop off in the garage or driveway and picked up same position as upon drop off.
• Rental items must be returned no later than 2 days from event date any additional day with rental items will cost daily fee until item is returned.
• Additional fee is required to set up rental items
6. Venue Requirements
• Customer is responsible for confirming all venue rules (height limits, wall restrictions, balloon rules, draping permissions, floor wrap permissions etc.).
• Any fines due to venue restrictions will be charged to the customer.
• Venue cleaning after event will be charged to customer
7. Weather & Outdoor Events
• Outdoor décor is weather-dependent.
• The company is not responsible for damage caused by wind, rain, heat, or unsafe conditions.
• A backup indoor plan is recommended for outdoor setups.

8. Safety & Liability
• Children should not climb, pull, or hang on décor structures.
• The company is not liable for injuries due to misuse of décor or rentals.
9. Photos & Marketing
• By booking, the client allows the company to take photos and videos of décor for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
10. Payment Methods
• Payments accepted via card, Zelle, Cash App, or invoice.
• All payments must clear before the event setup begins.
